Apps for Parents / Carers

We believe that the key to a successful partnership between school and home is communication and therefore would like to remind you that ALL parents/carers can access information relating to their son’s progress/attendance/behaviour/achievement/homework and teacher feedback through then following Apps.

Arbor

The App is designed for school to communicate effectively with parents. You will receive text messages, emails, In App messages and letters through this App, you will also make payments through this App. You are kept up to date with achievements, behaviours, homework and your sons school timetable.  You will receive notifications of any positive or negative points issued. You can also check your son’s timetable and track and monitor any subject homework set.

Arbor is also used for enrichment sign up.  Please follow the instructions sent to you at the beginning of each Cycle.

Step 1: Check your email to find your ‘Welcome to Arbor’ email.

Step 2: Follow the instructions and set up your own password.  This must be done via a web browser.

Step 3:  Download the Arbor App and log into it.

Step 4: Switch on ‘notifications’ for the Arbor App.

School Cloud   

School cloud is used for virtual parents’ evenings and SEND reviews and enrichment sign up.  You will receive communication from school when all event are ready to book.  The system is easy and efficient to use.  To access school cloud:

Step 1: Access St Aidan’s School Cloud via our personalised link: https://staca.schoolcloud.co.uk/

Step 2: To log on enter your email address, First Name and Last Name, along with your son’s date of birth

Step 3: Once you have booked your appointments you will receive an email confirming your bookings.
