| The staff team at St Aidan’s all have one collective goal and that is to ensure that every young person summits their own personal mountain. We firmly believe that every member of our team is vital in making this happen. Nobody does more for our pupils than Sharon Dalglish. Her essential job is one of caring for her colleagues and the pupils throughout the day. She keeps a close eye on the building and maintains a hygienic and pleasant work environment at all times. This is essential when striving for excellence as research proves that learning is at its most productive when both the work and social spaces are welcoming and professionally kept. Sharon also ensures that the school’s academic culture is maintained during social times. She has excellent knowledge of the school’s narratives and policies which allow a consistent approach towards culture and behaviour to be maintained when the pupils are out of the classroom. The success of the school is built on all team members buying into the ethos and Sharon lives and breathes the St Aidan’s approach. |
