Online Safety – Guidance for Parents

Yesterday we received a plea from Northumbria Police for parents to carefully monitor their child’s online activity always, but even more so at this anxious period. During this time our young people are more at risk from the threat of terrorism, radicalisation (and other forms of grooming).  They have also asked use to share the image below.

This goes hand in hand with updated guidance set out today by the Department for Education. Section 6.3 offers help and signposts parents if you find that your son has suffered abuse online.  Click here to read more.
