Holocaust Memorial Evening

It was a great honour for us to have Holocaust Survivor, Mr. Arek Hersch, MBE as our guest speaker.  Bishop Séamus Cunningham, Rabbi Aaron Lipsey and the Mayor & Mayoress of Sunderland together with members of other Christian denominations and other faiths were among the guests who attended.  The Department for Interreligious Relations was very grateful to the staff and students at St. Aidan’s for the tremendous practical help and support they provided to help make the event such an outstanding success.
