Congratulations

The Year 9 football team have had an exceptional season. The boys won every game in their league to take the title and they also won the Sunderland Schools Cup,  beating Southmoor 5-4 on pens in a thrilling game that could have gone either way.

The boys only defeat this season came in round 4 of the English Schools National Cup, where they narrowly lost 2-1 to strong St Roberts of Newminster side.

This season the boys have played twelve games, scoring 48 goals and only conceding 14.  Well done to all the boys who have represented the school this year.
